Refund Policy

Returns: We accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@ShopForgewear.com.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Info@ShopForgewear.com.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
